Iām a bilingual associate clinical social worker with experience providing individual therapy for issues ranging from anxiety, anger and stress management, depression, communication problems, trauma and life transitions. My counseling style is open and collaborative. I provide a safe space to help guide clients through the therapeutic process. I see therapy as a tool for self-empowerment and take a person-centered approach and strength-based approach towards lasting change. The duration of therapy sessions is unique to each client.
