I'm a bilingual clinician with over nine years of experience providing individual and family counseling for issues ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, communication problems, parenting support, teen issues, identity development, anger and stress management, as well as life transitions. My counseling style is open and collaborative. My objective is to help you to identify your challenge areas and guide you through those challenges. I work primarily from an interpersonal, psychodynamic approach, recognizing that you are the expert on yourself, and collaborating to help you identify the patterns in how you relate to others. I am dedicated to the helping profession and to those who want to improve their emotional well-being.
